We started investing in Venture to help shape a future that is sustainable, healthy, and just. Our impact in this space has been twofold. One, we fund start-ups or venture funds that have co-ed founding teams. We believe that diversity of thought is not only a sound business model, but it helps ensure that the future leaders of global businesses that influence the world have a balanced perspective. Second, we fund start-ups or venture funds that have their own impact missions. By enabling these mission-based business models, we have enhanced the ripple effect of each dollar we invest exponentially.

We are paving a path for all asset types to be built sustainably yet profitably, starting with our own projects, (See Case Studies). We are incorporating red list free materials and sustainable design into all our projects.
We are accredited members of the International Living-Future Institute and the US Green Building Council - LA. We are continuously analyzing the various guidelines from all green organizations and implementing the ones that are both logical and have international reach as well as the highest bar for incorporating scientific innovation with design, sustainability, wellness and community.
